The heartbeat that drives authentic ministry is the Biblical character of the leaders. We are reminded in our sturdy of the role of deacons of the importance for deacons and all leaders to be persons of character. Our passage from 1 Timothy reminds that serving with character also results in greater Spiritual Development for those that serve.
