· Like most things in life it is easy to miss the daily blessings with all the busy-ness in our lives. Let me encourage you to work at making each day special by considering what Christmas is all about!
· Baptismal Service(s). I am excited for how the Lord has been working in hearts and lives. This Sunday in the 10am service we will be celebrating with those getting baptized. There is still time if you are interested or have questions. We will also being doing another baptism service the first part of January. Please talk to Pastor Joe if you are interested.
· Let me encourage you to be a part of several church traditions this Sunday.
· Christmas Caroling. We will be going Christmas Caroling this Sunday afternoon meeting at the church at 3PM. We are asking our congregation to provide that names of that whom we could visit. We are asking families to bring cookies for a cookie fellowship following the caroling. We will not be giving cookies to homes that we visit this year.
· Christmas Eve Candlelight Service, Friday December 24th 6PM. We will be celebrating our Christmas Candlelight Service in the new building.
· Christmas Sunday Service, will be celebrated on Sunday December 26th at both the 9:00 AM and the 10:30 AM services.
· Media Ministry Opportunity If you are interested in helping with the media presentation and/or production on Sunday mornings, please contact Pastor Joe.
· AWANA is now on Christmas break. Club will resume on January 9 at 5:30pm.
· Adult Bible and Men’s Studies will return from the Christmas break the week of January 2nd.
· Prayer Meeting will also resume the on Wednesday January 5th 7PM in the Admin Building.
· Six-8 Youth Group will also resume after Christmas break on Tuesday January 4th 6PM in the Ministry Center. Please contact Pastor Berney with any questions.
· Our Monthly Memory Verse for December reminds us to focus on what we are celebrating this and every Christmas. “And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people.” Luke 2:10 ESV

· This Sunday we continue our Christmas series–from Luke 2 as we focus on the account of the Shepherds. The highlight of the 10:30AM Service will be several baptisms. Our message will be “A Season to Rejoice!” Thanks so much for your prayers for me as I prepare and for those that will be baptized this Sunday.
