• It was another great week at Living Hope. I was excited to be able to open God’s Word as we look at rescuing the relationships in our lives. This week it was the parent and adult child relationships. I heard from a number of parents and adult children on the blessing of the message. It is time that we rescue our relationships with our adult children and parents!
• I want to say Thanks to the Women’s Ministry Team for the ministry launch this past Friday. We had a great turn out for the new ministry year. Thanks to Sue Lunsford for being the special speaker for this event. It will be exciting to see what the Lord does this ministry year!
• I want to say Thanks to Pastor Berney and the AWANA ministry team. Our AWANA program begins this Sunday at 5:30PM at the Ministry Center. There will be a registration table setup this Sunday and walk on registrations will be received. It is looking like a great AWANA year ahead.
• Pastor Zac and Carol are doing an outstanding job ministering to our youth. The students and several adults joined them this past Saturday for the Six8 Disc Golf event at Shelton Springs. Let me encourage you to pray for Zac and our Six8 Ministry.
• Sharlene Hart is again leading our Living Hope Ladies Bible Study. It started yesterday and will be each Wed. at 6:30pm at the Ministry Center. They are going through the book, “Loving God with all Your Mind” by Elizabeth George. It will be a 6 week study ending Nov. 9. There are still more books available if you would like to join them.
• This is a great time to get plugged into a small group. It is a great way to connect with others and build relationships. There are a number of different studies being planned. Be sure to respond to the insert this week.
