- The Ohio Christian University team arrives today. This year Coach Josh Murton will be returning. I am excited that he will be bringing his son, Jack. My understanding is that the 5 players, three men and two ladies, have not been to Port Orchard before.
- Walk-On Registration begins Monday July 18th at 8:45AM. We have 90 players registered so far and are looking forward to more walk-ons the first day of camp. There is room for those to attend that have not yet registered.
- We are asking all Camp Volunteers to be ready to go on the fields at 8AM the first day. Some will be coming earlier to help with Camp Setup. Please talk with your team leader.
- Thank You to everyone that signed up for Soccer Camp Snacks. The team will be working on those tomorrow, Friday July 15th. Please be sure to bring your snacks the Ministry Center if you have not already done so.
- I still have a few openings for hosting the team for Dinner or providing a Picnic Lunch for the team. Please contact Pastor Joe if you are interested in ministering to the team in this way.
- Next Sunday, July 24th will be our CLEAT Celebration Sunday. We will have a Special Service with a camp video and recognition of those that helped with camp. There is also a special Picnic planned for after the service on the field outside. The church will provide the Hamburgers, plates & plastic ware and drinks. We are asking families to bring a Salad and Dessert. We will kick off the meal shortly after the AM service ends.
- This Sunday we will have a returning guest speaker in our Celebrate Summer series Realizing Greatness from 1 Samuel. You will want to join us again this week for another special service! Thanks for praying that the Lord would use these dramatic monologues to speak into our lives.
