What a joy to hold our newest granddaughter this week. It reminds me of the precious human. First, I want to encourage prayer for all the new little ones and moms that we are expecting in the days and weeks ahead at Living Hope. It is a great time with 7 little ones on the way. Let me also encourage you to pray for the families.

Ladies, just a reminder that this Saturday is a Baby Shower at the Fergusons at 11AM. It is a great time to get together and encourage Sally who is expecting twins.
I learned that we had 63 Early Bird registrations for CLEAT Soccer Camp. The early numbers indicate that we should have a good turn out again this year. Just a reminder that the new Registration cost is $60. I hope you are able to help with this major event. And of course your prayers are vital.
It is finally happening. The site work on the church property has started. I encourage you to stop by a take a peek. It is amazing the difference already after just a few days. The good news is that we also received our Building Permit. I was able to pay the balance due today. Thanks for your prayers. I have also been actively working on the Electric for the site. I appreciate your continued prayers and we are now engaged and working out a solution. Things are moving along.
Many folks like to pray the Lord’s Prayer. This is great but I do want to point out that it is a template for praying. This Sunday we move to 1 Corinthians 5 in our “Be Wise” challenge. We have been looking at how our relationship with Jesus affects every area of our lives. This is especially true in the area of our moral values. The title for this week is “Be Wise About My Values.” This week we will be reminded of the importance of living out our Christian values. I do appreciate your prayers as I study and prepare for this important message. Thanks for praying.
