- Let me encourage you to keep CLEAT Soccer Camp in your prayers. The mailers were sent out on Tuesday. The website has been updated. And we are actively promoting this year’s camp. Please pray!
- Just a reminder to our Ministry Team leaders that our June meeting is this Tuesday at 7pm at the Ministry Center.
- Summer is just around the corner. Our KidsZone ministry on Sundays is looking for parent volunteer to assist our teachers with our Summer program. If you are able to help please talk to Kendra D. or one of the pastors.
- We are excited for another new baby at Living Hope. Ladies, there will be a shower for Valarie and baby Samuel Saturday, June 23rd 12pm-3pm at the Sutherland’s home. Check out the bulletin this Sunday for more information.
- We have a couple higher priority needs that you might be able to help with. First, we are in need of a volunteer to help with our financial ministries. If you have a desire to help in this area please reach out to Pastor Joe or Nathan F. We also have a need of someone to cut the grass at the church property. We have done a lot of work to knock back the weeds and clean up the lot. Please talk to Pastor Joe if you could help with that. Also we are looking for an additional volunteer to help in the office with putting the Sunday bulletins together.
- Guys, there are two men’s groups for you. Pastor Berney is leading the one that meets on Tuesday evenings at the Ministry Center at 7pm and Pastor Joe is leading a Thursday Morning 10:30 AM group that meets at the Ministry Center. Pastor Joe’s group will not be meeting for the next couple weeks. We would love to invite you to join us.
- This Sunday we launch our June Monthly Memory Verse (MMV). This month we will memorizing a great verse from the Old Testament. “Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”” Psalm 46:10 ESV It is a verse that reminds us that God is still in control and we can trust in Him! - This Sunday we launch our new Celebrate Summer Series from the Old Testament book of 2 Samuel. The book of 2 Samuel focuses primarily on the life of King David. King Saul messed things up for the nation of Israel and God used David to get things back on track. Our summer series is titled “Letting God Use Me” as we glean insights from King David’s life. I appreciate your prayers as we launch our new series.
