  • Just a gentle reminder to remember that life is about people and relationships. This time of the year offers us a special opportunity to bring the love of Jesus through our words and actions. Remember to act like Jesus as you deal with those frustrating and challenge times this holiday season. Let’s make a relationship with Christ appealing through our actions!
  • This week Caryl and I will celebrate our 28th wedding Anniversary. I just want to thank the Lord for giving me such a wonderful wife! I also want to thank her for her Godly life, patience, encouragement, support and for all the blessings she brings into my life. If you were unable to get a hold of me during the week, we have been off celebrating our special day. See you this weekend.
  • A big thank you to the Women’s Ministry Team for all their work on the ladies Christmas party. It sounds like those that attended had an incredible time. It is another reminder of what the Lord is doing at Living Hope!
  • Christmas Caroling is this Sunday at 3pm at the Ministry Center. We will be caroling at the Veterans Facility in Retsil again this year. We will be meeting at the Ministry Center at 3pm and carpooling there. We are asking families to provide cookies to be shared with the Veteran’s facility. There will be a meal with a small donation after caroling. I hope you will make plans to join us for this event.
  • Just a reminder to put the Christmas Eve Candlelight service on you agenda. This one hour service is a great way to introduce/remind your family about what you are celebrating this time of year. I hope that you can join us for this wonderful Christmas tradition at Living Hope. It is held at the Marcus Whitman Jr High School @ 6pm sharp Christmas Eve.
  • This Sunday we will be continuing our Christmas series, “Christmas Inside/Out” as we look at how the real meaning of Christmas will change how we can have joy in the midst of turmoil. The message this week will be “Finding Joy in a World of Turmoil.” It is good to have Pastor Berney ministering God’s Word to us this weekend. I know that we would appreciate your prayers this week as he prepares for Sunday’s message.
