  • Happy Thanksgiving. I want each of you to know that I am thankful for you. Our congregation recently passed the 17 year mark in September. It has been an incredible journey with the Lord. I am thankful to Him for the privilege of being a a part of what He is doing. One of the highlights and blessings has been you, our congregation! I hope you have a great Thanksgiving Holiday.
  • Just a reminder that the church offices will be closed for the Holiday on Thursday and Friday. If you need something, just contact one of the Pastor or Leaders.
  • I want to give a shout out to Pastor Berney and the guys that helped with the the Flapjacks and Fellowship this past Saturday. We had a great group again. We had great food, great fellowship and a great time in the Word. If you missed out, I hope you will plan to join us at the next one.
  • Thanks to everyone that turned out for our Quarterly Business Meeting. We spent the majority of the time updating everyone on where we are with the sale of the MC and the site development. If you have any questions, please contact me, Pastor Joe.
  • The Christmas Wreaths are here. I want to say thanks to those that picked them up Sunday. As you know the proceeds go to help offset the cost for our Sr High students to attend the Teen Leadership Conference over Christmas break. Please contact Pastor Zac if you are interested. They cost $15 each and will be available this Sunday. They also make great gifts as well.
  • Thanks again for an outstanding effort with our Operation Christmas Child emphasis. 74 boxes were given.  I am reminded that each box represents a child that will be touched by your generosity. Thank You.
  • Ladies, just a reminder that the Annual Ladies Christmas party is just around the corner. I hope you are planning on attending and being a part of the activities. As far as we know at this point, this will be one of the last big events at the Ministry Center.
  • I know that some of you are struggling with memorizing Bible verses. I have chosen to have us memorize the popular passage of Psalm 23. It speaks to all of us. This month our verse is Psalm 23:2. It is an easy verse that you need to commit to memory. “He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters.” Psalm 23:2 ESV  Let me encourage you to memorize all 6 verses of Psalm 23. If you are needing some accountability with working on your verse please check out the ScriptureTyper App. (IOS and Android)
  • We will continue our sermon series “The Art of Contentment! “ this week and we will be looking into some of the objections to contentment. I appreciate your prayers for me as I prepare for Sunday. Thank You.
