- Wow, it is hard to believe that January is almost over. I am reminded of how quickly time passes. It reminds me of the importance of taking advantage of the opportunities of life.
- I want to give a shout out to the property team for their work on the Worship building. The team approved several projects for the new building. We will be adding air “Scrubbers” to the new HVAC system to deal with air-borne contaminates and promote good air quality. It was also decided to expand the existing concrete work to make the building more useable. We were also able to approve equipment purchases related to the new building like speakers, security camera and an alarm to name a few.
- I want to give a shout out to the family that donated a TV for the church security system. Thank You!
- I want to give a shout out to those that have stepped forward to help with the ministry relaunch. The plan is to do a rolling startup. We have already started this by kicking off a number of different groups. Let me encourage you to plug into one. There are several listed below. The next step will be to restart our Sunday worship services. We *Do Not* have a date yet but we are getting close. It is looking like it will not happen until sometime in February.
- We have two Men’s groups that are meeting. Pastor Berney leads a Wednesday night group 7:00 pm at the church. Pastor Joe is leading a daytime Thursday Men’s group at 10AM also at the office. The Thursday group is doing Sermon based discussions for those interested.
- Our weekly prayer meeting is on Tuesday evening 7 pm at the church. You are invited to join us for this very special time of corporate prayer for our ministry and specifically the relaunch. I can personally speak to the blessing of getting together just to pray.
- Six-8 Youth Jr high meets on Sunday 5-7pm at the Office. Sr High meets on Friday 6:30-8:30pm at the Schramek’s. The Tuesday night Youth Hangout 6:30-8:30pm out for both groups will continue to be at the Schramek’s. Please contact Pastor Zac for more information.
- We are making continued progress with the new building. Unfortunately much of it is not visible. The big task is getting the flatwork done. The concrete contractor started putting up the forms for the pour. The Worship team with plenty of outside help has been working on getting the new building wired. A big shout out to Joe and some of his coworkers for this. It is looking like our internet prayers are being answered. A contractor of Wave stopped by to check out the site. We are also working on a church sign.

- We will be digging deep in our study of Ministry. This week we will be talking about our SHAPE and how God has shaped each one of us to serve Him in a special way. Your prayers are making a difference.
