Great prayer times can be spontaneous, structured or both. Most proficient prayers are intentional about praying and also use a structured approach. If we are to grow this discipline in our lives, we will need to learn to be intentional about prayer. Jesus reminds us that we must pray of necessity and in the Sermon on the Mount He provide us with additional instruction and a template for a structured for prayer.
