  • I want to say thank you to everyone that has pulled together to help with the building, praying for the building and giving towards the building. I am excited to have the building open for the Christmas Eve Open House with the lights and heat on.
  • I want to give a shout to Thom B for leading the Christmas lights installation on the church Office building. Thank You.
  • Christmas Eve Candle Light Open House December 24, 6:00-8:00pm on the church property. We are on schedule to have the new Worship building open for those that want to walk through. Be sure to wear some shoes/boot as there may be a little dirt. We are also preparing some light refreshment that will be served on the deck of the Office weather permitting (It will be inside the Office building otherwise). (Please contact Caryl if you would like to help or provide cookies. She is asking for Christmas Cookie donation by Wednesday December 23rd so that they can be individually packaged.)
  • Ladies Discipleship group will be meeting Saturday January 2 10am – Noon. Reach out to Caryl with any questions.
  • The Men’s group is meeting on Wednesday evenings as well for those guys involved in the study. Contact Pastor Berney for the Christmas schedule.
  • Six8 just be aware that they have been some changes to the weekly calendar. I know that they are currently on Christmas break but are planning to meet at the Office starting first of the year. Please check our Facebook for the most current information.
  • The Worship building installation is setup. We are not working on the finishing touches. This past week the setup crew finished. The plumbing was completed. The foundation drain, downspouts and backfilling are completed. We are schedule to pour the slab for the HVAC units tomorrow, your prayers for favorable weather are appreciated. The sheet rocking of the seams and crack repair will start Sunday. The electricity will be hooked up Monday giving us heat and lights for Christmas Eve.

  • This Sunday we will be in 1 Kings 22 which brings us to the conclusion of Ahab’s reign as well as our series “Lessons for the Journey.”  Thanks for praying for our time in God’s Word this Sunday and for Pastor Berney and myself as we prepare.
