Many today believe that church has more freedom than it actually does. I am not speaking of secular barriers, but heavenly mandates. It is interesting that Jesus uses a different set of metrics to measure the health of local church that we do. Jesus reveals His desires for each local church or more accurately His Demands as the Lord of the Church. Our time in Revelation will focus on what the Lord had to say to the church in Ephesus. It was a church that seems to have gotten everything right but forgot what was most important. The priority of a "First Love" relationship with Jesus.
