Our lives often become distracted by the worries of life. Mary's account of the very first Christmas reminds us that Christmas is a season of hope. Life is not easy for us and it was not easy then. The difference for Mary was embracing what the Lord was doing in her life. This is the source of her hope in God as well as ours today. Many times we live entrapped in fear, doubt and hypothetical situation because we fail to let God be God in our lives.
